Reckless Driving Ottery road

The Guy was speeding past other cars & drove myself & my passengers off the road. We swerved to get out of the way & ended up driving into a ditch his other number plate is KARR7EM-WP He swops his numberplates & removes it when he races

He came from the right hand lane and swerved right in front of me and then stopped dead. No indicators or anything. We then found ourselves in a single lane and he swore at me and stopped driving right in the middle of the road blocking all traffic.
