Driving towards CBD on marine drive,the lane merged.Van did not allow me to get into the merged traffic flow and was forcing me off the road..Van then tried to pull next to me in the yellow lane to harass me.

The driver was speeding at 70-80km along Main Road past Mandela Park in a 60km zone and high pedestrian area. It also tried to overtake on solid lines and it hooted continuously at a caterpillar digger in front of it.
