The motorist drove into my lane to get in front of a taxi; did not look left or right and did not have his indicator on. I hooted but he kept coming so I had to drive in the oncoming traffic lane. I am still shaking...

Passed cyclist and imediately went into the emergency lane which then becomes the left turning lane. Saw cyclist saying something to driver, about being cut off. Driver then tried to knock cyclist over with his car.
