The driver was at a stop T intersection, he didn't observe to see oncoming traffic, he just joined the road without observing, and continued to hit dead brakes in the middle of the road

This driver forced me into on coming traffic by pushing his way up the lhs of the road on the inside of the yard shoulder and closing the gap between me and the car in front. Futher on the Ou Kaase Weg he over took me into oncoming traffic.

RECKLESS DRIVING BY BOTH TAXI'S AND CARS. THEY CUT THROUGH OUR AREA FOR SHORT CUT TO MISS TRAFFIC GOING INTO THE MAIN ROAD. PULLING OUT OF OUR DRIVE WAYS HAS BECOME DANGEROUS. A ROAD BLOCK SHOULD BE SET UP AND FINES GIVEN.
Reckless Driving Corner of Ottery Road and Prince George Drive

Various taxis use center lane (which is only for traffic travelling straight) to turn right from Ottery Road onto M5 to Muizenberg. In order to achieve this they are cutting off & blocking vehicles that are in the right lane hindering traffic flow.
