Reckless Driving - Public Transport Main Road

Minibus taxi ... went through two sets of red traffic lights then proceeded to overtake 6 vehicles into oncoming traffic. A major traffic accident was narrowly averted by oncoming traffic being forced to make emergency stop.

This week alone I have spotted three taxi's shooting over the red robot at the corner of Koeberg Road & Boundary road in Milnerton. It seems to be a re-occurring offense. I suggest you place some traffic officers there and start pulling them over.

Drove at excessive speed directly toward a number of pedestrians in this narrow inner city street. Hooter was used to dare pedestrians to get out of the way or be struck. Fatal collision narrowly avoided when pedestrian physically jumped sideways.

We were driving back home. Driving in the slow lane & the minibus taxi flashed its light at us to move out of the slow lane. Then when it succeeded to overtake us, it broke dead in front of us & started to threaten us from the taxi driver’s window.
