Taxi 's , cars driving in oncoming section of road causing traffic jams, and and forces vehicles to drive on the shoulder of the road to avoid collisions. This also creates a risk to pedestrians walking on the side of the road.

I went running and saw the taxi coming down the hill. There was no incoming vehicle from the front and more than enough space for him to drive and stop. There was no need to intimidate me by driving towards me and knocking me with his side mirror.
