Trying to fix the car but he is breaking the car more and takes the owners money to fix it then he can't fix the vehicle then abandon the vehicle on the sidewalk and doesn't refund owner. They must come at night tow it.

Truck was park illegally on a solid red line on the corner of Hudson and Somerset Roads on a busy intersection during peak traffic, blocking cars from coming out of the Caltex garage causing a major hazard and disrespect to cars hooting.
