About half a dozen taxis cut in to the queue for the M5 off ramp from the N1 and illegally crossed the white line.

Taxi repeatedly obstructed traffic.Then, while cars were waiting to turn left @bottom of kloof taxi moved into oncoming lane to pass - forcing vehicles to stop on crossing. Then he turned left. Happens repeatedly,this not only offender.
