Brazenly went through red lights, almost hitting a pedestrian. Just waved his hand at the pedestrian who had to jump out of the way.

She didn't want to wait in lane like all the vehicles did for 25mins she went into oncoming lane and burst in in front all of us. Everyone was upset. She was so arrogant showed no concern. Almost drove into another turning lane and me.
