Cars parked illegally in front of blind corner right under no parking sign. This happens every Saturday and Sunday morning. End of Oakhurst avenue where it turns into Coniston road

Parent marshall at Campground / Sandown Road intersection reported "green man was on for at least 3 sec and I saw this car approaching with no intention of stopping. I jumped in front of it and when confronted he pull the middle finger at me."
