Reckless Driving c/o Park and Kloofnek

I stopped at the corner of Park and Kloofnek streets. As I started turning left the driver of a white Mr Delivery scooter tried to pass on my left between my car and the pavement. The scooter hit and scraped the side of my car and drove away.

Driving into on coming traffic, while there were vehicles coming on. Blocking the on coming vehicles while he forced the vehicle in front of me to the curb.

Jumped queue of cars waiting for the robot by speeding down the oncoming traffic lane and pushing in at the intersection. This vehicle has pulled this same move on several occasions now.
