Various taxis use center lane (which is only for traffic travelling straight) to turn right from Ottery Road onto M5 to Muizenberg. In order to achieve this they are cutting off & blocking vehicles that are in the right lane hindering traffic flow.

I regularly see car with reg. no. CF134406. No break lights. Barring prev incidents, traffic particularly heavy today & it was necessary to break suddenly numerous times. Car poses threat to others safety.
