Taxi driving on the wrong side of the road and blocking traffic coming down the correct way.

Driver jumped a 3 way stop-street intersection at high speed transporting a Mini Bus full of children. He then dropped the children at the school and drove off past another school at high speed endangering the children crossing the zebra crossing.
