Illegal Parking - Salisbury Street

Large truck parked at the side of the road in residential area - close in vicinity to an intersection. Not the first time truck has been noticed parked there.

vehicle jumped red traffic light on the yellow line, after it had been red for more than 20 seconds.

Passed cyclist and imediately went into the emergency lane which then becomes the left turning lane. Saw cyclist saying something to driver, about being cut off. Driver then tried to knock cyclist over with his car.
