Illegal Parking Sandown Road

This vehicle parks on the pavement on Sandown Road almost every day, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road. The vehicle forces drivers coming from Batten Bend to edge onto the road to see if there is oncoming traffic.

The driver of the vehicle parked on the pavement, but not only that, right next to a red line. Instead of breaking the traffic rule, the driver decided to park on the pavement and wait instead.
