Driver was swerving all over the road, driving dangerously, then slammed on brakes in front of me when I hooted at him. Didn't catch everything on camera, but caught one of his friends on camera showing me the middle finger and being derogatory.

This vehicle has been parking over two parkings outside out apartment for more than one occasion. We therefore struggle to find parking as the street parkings are limited in the area.
