both CA992338 & CA799560 jump a red light on the intersection of turfhall and castor roads in lansdowne. This then resulted in a silver Etios sedan to swerve and got hit by a minibus.

Occurred at 7:45, 18 May-22 on Ladies Mile Rd, opposite Sweet Valley Primary. Toyota CA798-585 drove half on the pavement and road to pass traffic. While driving on pavement, driver almost knocked a parent and student walking to school.
