This vehicle was obstructing traffic through Clifton. When I hooted, they switched on their emergency light, and the person in the video got out (talking on a walkie-talkie) threatening that his friends are gonna come pick me up.

The driver crossed the solid white and yellow line on the elevated freeway while talking on his cellphone. He nearly hit us and when we hooted, he just laughed. This was a blatant disregard for the rules of the road and other road users.

I stopped at the robots on Christiaan Barnard Street, there was quite a bit of congestion, the impatient driver of the Mazda decided to use the left turning lane, overtook everyone to go straight. He cut me off and drove extremely dangerously.
