My son took the photo while I was driving. The taxi passed us on my left hand side (illegally) and sped over the red light.

Taxi repeatedly obstructed traffic.Then, while cars were waiting to turn left @bottom of kloof taxi moved into oncoming lane to pass - forcing vehicles to stop on crossing. Then he turned left. Happens repeatedly,this not only offender.
