Illegal Parking Avenue de Mist

These three cars insist on parking right on the bicycle lane, even though there is a huge open field for parking less than 50m away. I've seen them at this spot more than once.

They parked their truck in a small one-way road, even though they could have used the VersionOne parking bay (which was empty). When I spoke to them and asked them to move they just laughed and said the driver is not there.
